Dosage:
  • 1.5-3.5 ml of 1:2 liquid extract dose per day
  • 10-25 ml of 1:2 liquid extract dose per week

Combinations: 
For skin problems combine with yellow dock, red clover or cleavers 
(Hoffman, 1983, 180).
