  • 30-40% of fixed seed oil which includes linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid

Indications:

  •  Flax may be used in all pulmonary infections
  • Bronchitis with formed catarrh
  • Boils
  • Shingles
  • Psoriasis

Dosage:

  • Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water on 2-3 teaspoons of the dried herb and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, this should be drunk morning and evening
  •  Poultice: mix enough water with the dry herb to make a paste
  • Tincture: take 2-6 ml of the tincture three times a day
