Dosage:
- Infusion: pour a cup of boiling water on 2-3 teaspoons of the dried herb and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes, this should be drunk morning and evening
- Poultice: mix enough water with the dry herb to make a paste
- Tincture: take 2-6 ml of the tincture three times a day
